The story, the team and everything about this movie kept nothing but comedy in mind and have delivered what they promised — a rip roaring comedy. But finally Abbas misses his opportunity to go to Australia. So he finds his wife Sneha leaving him, in charge of the household chores. A frustrated Abbas goes to his friend Kamal for help to get back his upper hand over his wife. While Simran counsels Sneha not to submit to the authority of her husband. As both Sneha and Abbas are being brainwashed by their respective friends, it leads to a string of comic incidents.In one such event, Kamal who is a stunt master meets with an accident during a shooting scene. Simran being a doctor operates on Kamal, but commits the blunder of sewing her watch inside Kamal during the operation. With her profession and reputation at stake, she finds it difficult to pin Kamal down to the operation table and re-operate him. So she decides to play as the love-struck damsel and finally fetches the watch back out of Kamal. But Kamal who by now is smitten by Simran, is completely shattered when he learns about the truth. So he finally agrees to marry the girl his parents have arranged even as Simran is reflecting on her feelings for Kamal. Kamal excels in his role –as always. But Simran proves with her performance that she has more to offer than just being a glamorous heroine and deserves a definite applause. With this kind of a setting there is enough room for Mouli the director and script writer Crazy Mohan to set the ball rolling so fast that you have to be quick to assimilate all humor between the lines too.

Synopsis:
In the dark world of intelligence and espionage… all information is guarded in the name of national security… But some stories escape the fiercely guarded classified files… stories that become legends.

This is one such story… a story that shook the very foundation of this dark world.

In a government employees’ neighbourhood in New Delhi, there lived a rugged, handsome and mysterious bachelor about whom his neighbours knew nothing. That was because he was India’s top spy, an officer with the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), India’s external intelligence agency. This man was known even in official corridors as TIGER (Salman Khan).

Tiger is sent on a relatively easy and safe mission to Dublin, Ireland to observe a scientist of Indian origin who is suspected of sharing his research findings with the Pakistan defence establishment. Tiger attempts to meet the scientist but is not successful. He tries to befriend the scientist’s part time home caretaker, Zoya (Katrina Kaif). Rich and creamy, with just the perfect amount of spices and succulent pieces of grilled chicken – this recipe is fool proof. Have it with crisp tondoori or thin rumali rotis for a taste of food heaven.

Follow this simple recipe and make Delhiwala Butter chicken at home. Chicken pieces are marinated in curd and spices before grilling. Gravy is made of tomato, cream and butter. It is so tasty and rich in fiber and carbohydrates.

Cook this दिल्लीवाला बटर चिकन and serve with naan or rumali roti and have a party at home.

BUTTER CHICKEN

“0:20 chop tomatoes
1:12 add tomato puree
1:29 add green Cardamoms
2:27 make an incision on chicken
2:44 Add chili powder
3:27 chop garlic
4:12 add curd
4:20 add red chilies powder
7:39 add butter
7:58 add ginger garlic paste
8:17 add tomato puree
11:08 Add chicken pieces
11:22add cream”

Ingredient

750 gms chicken, cut into 4 large pieces on the bone
8-10 bright red medium tomatoes
2 one-inch cinnamon sticks
8-10 cloves
8-10 green cardamoms
Salt to taste
3½ tsps Kashmiri red chilli powder
Juice of 1 lemon
1½ inch ginger
10-12 garlic cloves
2 green chillies
400 gms yogurt
2½ tbsps ginger garlic paste
½ tsp garam masala powder + to sprinkle
2 tbsps mustard oil
1 tbsp oil + to grease
3 tbsps butter
2 cups readymade tomato puree
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves powder (kasoori methi)
2 tbsps honey
A few sprigs of fresh coriander leaves
3 tbsps fresh cream

Method

1. Roughly chop the tomatoes. Put them into a large mixer jar and grind to a puree.
2. Put the puree into a non-stick pan. Rinse the jar with a little water and add to the pan, mix and let it cook.
3. Add cinnamon, cloves, green cardamoms, salt and 1½ tsps Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well. Cover and cook till the mixture thickens slightly and all the flavours blend well.
4. Put a little water in the lower container of the Gas Oven Tandoor and keep it on heat.
5. Make a few incisions on either side of the chicken pieces and put them into a large bowl.
6. Add lemon juice, salt and 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well and keep the bowl in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
7. Roughly chop ginger, garlic and 1 green chilli and add to the pan. Cover and cook.
8. To make the 2nd marinade put yogurt into another large bowl. Add salt, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 2 tbsps freshly ground ginger-garlic paste and freshly ground garam masala powder and mix well.
9. Add the marinated chicken pieces to this bowl and mix well. Add mustard oil and mix well. Let it marinate in the refrigerator preferably for at least 4 hours.
10. Strain the tomato mixture into a third large bowl.
11. Lightly grease the upper container of the Gas Oven Tandoor. Keep the marinated chicken pieces on it, cover and cook.
12. Heat butter and 1 tbsp oil in another non-stick pan. Add ½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste and saute till fragrant. Add the strained tomato mixture, readymade tomato puree, dried fenugreek leaves powder and honey and mix well and cook.
13. When the chicken is almost done, baste the pieces with a little oil, cover and cook till the chicken is completely done.
14. Finely chop coriander leaves and 1 green chilli and add to the tomato gravy.
15. Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and add to the gravy. Add cream and mix well. Sprinkle a little garam masala powder and mix well.
16. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot with naan or tandoori roti.

This movie is a biography of Ramabai Bhimrao Ambedkar also known as Ramabai wife of Dr. Babasaheb. Ramabai lost her parents at a very young age and brought up her two young brothers all alone. She was brought to Mumbai by her uncles and married off to Bhimrao Ambedkar at the young age. Ramabai’s father-in-law and brother-in-law passed away soon after her marriage. Around the same time, Bhimrao left for London after getting a scholarship for higher studies, leaving the responsibility of running the household on Rambai. Despite all the hardships, Rambai kept her husband motivated and also sent him pocket money regularly. Losing her infant children one by one did not stop Ramabai from standing like a rock behind her husband’s mission of uplifting the underprivileged classes of the country.
