100% Love is a 2011 Telugu-language Indian romantic comedy film directed by Sukumar and produced by Bunny Vasu under Geetha Arts studio. The film features Naga Chaitanya and Tamanna in the lead roles. Production works began in February 2010, while the filming continued for over one year, with the title only being announced in March 2011. The film features music by Devi Sri Prasad and was released on 6 May 2011. The film was dubbed and released in Malayalam and Tamil with the same title and as Nooru Sadhaveedham Kaadhal / 100% Kaadhal, respectively.

It was declared a Blockbuster and is said to be the best film of Naga Chaitanya after Ye Maaya Chesave and for Sukumar after Arya, completing 50 days in 65 centres and 100 days on 13 August 2011

Plot :

Balu Mahendra (Naga Chaitanya) is always the top ranker in his college. Mahalakshmi (Tamanna), his cousin comes to Balu’s house to continue her studies. She is in awe of her Mr. Perfect ‘Bava’ and takes his help to achieve big in studies. Surprisingly, she surpasses him and becomes the first ranker. Balu gets deeply hurt by this and he resorts to cunning ways to deviate Mahalakshmi. But to his surprise Ajith (Anand) stands first this time. Meanwhile Mahalakshmi’s father brings her a marriage proposal, but she doesn’t want to marry him. Balu and Mahalakshmi compromise by agreeing to help each other. Balu helps her in getting the proposal canceled and Mahalakshmi starts deviating Ajith from studies for the sake of Balu, but Balu gets tempted to her in bathroom. When the couple is heading to fall in love, Mahalakshmi unknowingly hurts the ego of Balu and they get separated.

After three years they meet again in the hospital because their grandmother suddenly falls ill. While trying to find out how Balu is doing, Mahalakshmi realizes he hadn’t changed at all. Both argue a lot until their parents try to get them married. Surprisingly, Balu mentions that he has a girlfriend named Swapna that he hopes to marry. While introducing her to his family, Mahalakshmi notices that Swapna is much more than she is. To get back at Balu, she agrees to get married to Ajith, Balu’s former rival in college. Ajith turns out to be the head of a company that makes more than Balu’s company. Balu, angry that Ajith is greater than he is, puts his company in risk in hopes that he can surpass Ajith’s company. Unfortunately, his partner cheats him, and Balu is on the verge of losing his company. Mahalakshmi works hard to help him out of the hard time as his new project manager. Both make an excellent team and Balu’s company is saved.

In an after party, Balu credits Mahalakshmi for his success. She again unknowingly hurts Balu’s ego. This time, Balu confesses that he felt the need to be great in Mahalakshmi’s eyes because he loved her. When she tells him she shares his feelings, Balu refuses to believe her. After the interference of their grandfather, the two are united in the end.

Ingredients

Basmati rice – 1 cup
Ghee or oil – 2 to 3 tbsp
Green coriander – 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Lemon – 1
Whole spices – 1 brown cardamom, 4 cloves, 7 to 8 peppercorns and 1 inch cinnamon stick
Salt – 1 tsp (to taste)

Directions

Getting ready:

1. Clean and thoroughly wash the rice. Soak them in water for half an hour.
2. Strain out the excess water from rice later.

Making:

3. Heat some ghee in a wok or any other cookware and splutter cumin seeds first.
4. Then add the following whole spices as well – cinnamon stick, black pepper, clove and green cardamom. Saute for few more minutes until fragrant.
5. Now add the soaked rice and stir well for 2 minutes. To it then add 2 cups of water, followed by some salt and lemon juice.
6. Mix everything really well and let the rice simmers for 5 minutes and check later. Check later.
7. Cover the rice again and cook for 5 more minutes. Check again later. The rice is still not cooked through so let them simmer for 3 to 4 more minutes.
8. Check the rice and this time you’ll see puffed rice with no water in the vessel.
9. Rice is cooked through and ready to be served.

Serving:

10. Garnish with some green coriander sprigs.
11. Serve with steaming hot sumptuous curries, with a side assortment of pickle wedges and relish eating.

The film begins story of between two families, Christians and Hindus: Stephen (Nagesh) and Seetaramaiah (Satyanarayana) have been best friends since college and so have their respective sons, Moses (Anand Raj) and Balaramaiah (Devan). Moses’ younger brother, Robert (Maharshi Raghava) and Balaramaiah’s younger sister, Janaki (Rajitha) fall in love with each other. Against their families’ wishes, they elope. Ever since then, the tie war is going between two families.

After 25 years later, Chandu (Jagapati Babu) comes to the village and announces that he is the son of Robert and Janaki along with his friend Gopi (Sudhakar). He wants to reconcile the feuding families. Chandu stays in the house of the loud & frightful Nadabrahmam (AVS). He gradually endears himself to both families. Later, both his grandmothers suggest marriage. To avoid the situation, Gopi suggests that Chandu tell them that he is married. Chandu decides that this is the only way, thus lying that he is married to a Hindu-Christian like himself, Nirmala Mary.

Suddenly, Nirmala Mary (Ravali) arrives. Chandu is confused, as she was just a figment of his imagination. After several encounters, Nirmala Mary comes clean with Chandu, telling him that she is the only child of Robert and Janaki. She then confronts Chandu, asking him why he wants to unite the two families. Then Chandu reveals his past.

Chandu while living in the city, he lived next to a ladies’ hostel, where Nandini (Raasi) daughter of Balaramaiah, was his resident. As she and her friends were trying to find a good song for a competition, Chandu indirectly helps her and falls in love with her. However she treats him as only a good friend. When Chandu was about to confess his love for her, Nandini instead tells him about her love for Lawrence, Moses’ son. Hearing their plan to marry without their parents’ consent due to the Robert-Janaki problem, Chandu volunteers to unite the families so that they can marry with the blessings of their families.

After listening to this Nirmala respects Chandu’s character of making his lovers marriage with her lover and she also volunteers him and they carry out the mission. Meanwhile Balaramaiah learns of Nandini-Lawrence love. The news spreads quickly like wildfire and both families now think they have run away and want to kill the members of the other family. Meanwhile, Chandu has reconciled the grandparents of the two families. Only the fathers and the lovers are his main concern. At the end, he manages to unite the lovers and their families in a logical manner.

After the marriage, the truth of Chandu’s appearance is revealed, by arrival of Robert & Janaki. Later, the families ask him to marry Nirmala (whose actual name is Priyadarshini) to make him a member of their family. However, he refuses, telling them that he loved a girl and does not want to think of anyone else.

Karthikeyan (Arjun) is a photographer-cum-editor working in Indian Express. Chitra (Meena) is a bank employee. Both reside in Navi Mumbai. Karthik meets Chitra while opening a bank account. While returning home, Karthik again meets her in a train. He offers his seat but Chitra does not want to accept it. During a train strike he invites her to travel in an auto to reduce expenses, but she declines. When Chitra hesitated to travel in the same train with Karthik, he became angry and explained that he talked to her because both are from same area and he says he will never talk to her anymore. After some days Chitra volunteerily talks to him. Karthik, in return, accompanies her to a police station to get back her snatched handbag. Karthik invites Chitra to his home to meet his parents.

Karthik’s parents like Chitra and all become friends. Karthik’s mother requests Chitra to tell Karthik to get married. When she conveys his parent’s wish, Karthik explains about his wife (Jothika) who died in a train accident. Karthik learns that Chitra’s husband Srikanth (Ramesh Aravind) who died in the same train accident. Chitra adopted a boy, Shiva, per her husband’s wish. Karthik’s parents want them to get married.

Hi, my name is Dr. John Fritz, and today we’re going to talk to you a little about some common injuries as a result of high heels and how to prevent them.

High heels cause all kinds of damage to the nails and skin in your forefoot. The pressure being placed on the toes and the ball of your foot is tremendous in a high heel. This commonly results in ingrown toenails from the nails pushing up against the tip of the toe, corns, and calluses from shoe irritation. Black toenails are frequent secondary to pressure on the nail bed, as are fungal toenails.

Some other more acute injuries are ankle sprains, stress fractures as result of the abnormal stress being placed on your foot and on your ankle. Shooting pain in the forefoot is also a common condition due to an inflamed nerve, and it’s very common with pointed shoes.

Heel pain, either on the bottom as a result of plantar fasciitis, in the back as a result of Achilles tendonitis, or the more common pump bump, all can occur in high heels.

So what do you do? Try to choose a shoe that has a lower heel height. Under two inches would be ideal. Try to choose a shoe that has a rounded or a square toe box so that your toes aren’t as constricted. The depth of the toe box is also important.

Usually, at this point in my conversation, all my women patients roll their eyes and just tell me that this isn’t practical. So if you’re going to wear a high heel, try to limit the amount of time that you’re actually in the heel. Protect your toes. Cut your toenails more frequently so that they don’t rub up against the tip of your shoe. Protect your lesser toes from irritation with silicone toe pads, which are my favorite. And above all, stretch and exercise. Stretching your Achilles tendon can prevent a lot of pain in the heel and actually can help lessen the effects that the high heels are having on your body.

Marziana (Bhanumathi) is a popular dancer in Baghdad, who dances to earn a living. The tyrant Sher Khan, commander of the notorious king Amir Kasim Khan, tries to take her by force to his palace. She is rescued by Alibaba (MGR), who fights with Sher Khan and vanquishes him. Marziana and her sidekick Dowlat (K. Sarangkapani) find refuge in Alibaba’s house. Alibaba is a poor woodcutter and lives with his sister Ayisha (Susheela) and servant Bulbul (M. N. Rajam). Marziana learns that they are the siblings of Kasim, who had driven them out at the instigation of his cruel wife Salima (Vidyavati). Marziana and Alibaba later fall in love.

One day, when Alibaba goes to cut wood as usual, he chances upon the cavernous hideout of Abu Hussain (P. S. Veerappa), the notorious leader of forty dacoits, and overhears the secret code to enter and exit the cave. After the dacoits leave, Alibaba uses the code word, enters the hideout and takes some of the looted wealth which he uses to help the poor people around. Both Alibaba and Marziana become wealthy overnight.

Amir Kasim Khan (M. G. Chakrapani) becomes jealous when he hears about his brother’s fortune, and wants to find out how Alibaba became rich overnight. Under Salima’s guidance, he invites Alibaba and his household for a feast. Cunningly obtaining the secret of the robbers’ cave from Alibaba, he then orders Alibaba’s arrest, accusing him falsely of attempted murder. Marziana pretends to hail Kasim’s order. She declares that Alibaba had been unfaithful to her and he deserved this retribution. Taking a knife, Marziana acts as though she means to kill Alibaba, but instead cuts the ropes that bind his hands. Alibaba is freed and after defeating Kasim’s thugs, escapes with Marziana.

Kasim enters the cave and greedily starts collecting many treasures. Soon he forgets the code word, and is left trapped. The dacoits arrive, and kill him for entering their secret cave. Alibaba visits the cave and is shocked to see his brother dead, later he takes away the corpse. After Kasim’s death is publicly announced, Alibaba is declared the king of Baghdad and everyone rejoices. Meanwhile, the dacoits return to their cave and see that Kasim’s body is missing. Realizing that someone else has entered their cave, they start searching for the mystery person.

From the cobbler Gulam’s (Thangavelu) assertion that the woodcutter Alibaba had become wealthy overnight, Abu Hussain realizes that it is Alibaba who discovered the secret of his cave. However, he kills the cobbler afterwards. Having his men hidden inside barrels, Abu Hussain comes to Alibaba’s house disguised as an oil merchant seeking shelter for the night. However, Marziana overhears him whispering to his men hidden in the barrels, and realizes his true identity. When she dances at a banquet that Alibaba hosts in honour of the guest, Dowlat and Bulbul roll the barrels one by one into the swirling waters as per the plan. After Marziana unsuccessfully tries to stab the “oil merchant”, she exposes him as Abu Hussain and Alibaba is shocked. This leads to a fight between the two men, which results in Abu Hussain kidnapping Marziana and fleeing to the secret cave. Alibaba chases him and reaches the cave, where he kills Abu Hussain after an intense battle. After Alibaba rescues Marziana, they both get married and continue to serve the poor people.

You know that nightmare where you’re in public and you realize you’re in your underwear? Yeah well Miley is living that nightmare. Like, every day. Where’d your pants go, Miley?? WTF!

Miley Cyrus may be a superstar, but the girl can’t seem to afford a pair of pants. She’s been out in nothing more than high waisted underwear3 times in the past month. Even Jimmy Kimmel called her on it!

I think her desire not to wear pants started back at the Billboard Music Awards last year when she showed up wearing a super-mini-dress that looked like a pantsuit…minus the pants.

From there we’ve seen it on Rihanna, Vanessa Hudgens, Kristen Stewart, Ashley Tisdale, Kate Moss… the list goes on. But the pants do not.

So I guess pantslessness is becoming a trend. Come ON, people. Skinny jeans are a trend. Harem pants are a trend. The LACK of pants CAN’T be a trend. That’s like saying NOT wearing a necklace is a trend.

Alright, maybe I’m too modest, but unless I’m at the beach or in bed, I like to wear a top and bottoms at all times. I guess I’m just old fashioned like that.

So as for my WTF lesson of the day: No pants? There’s gonna be a problem!
